Gifted IS all about clicking stuff and colouring it (interaction ahoy). Just use the ingame videowalkthrough ffs. I personally missed the skyship garland and the room to the right of the room with a spotlight or whatever. Also, no offense... All of the medals are shown in the official video walkthrough. Which is ingame(and also mentioned twice in this particular comment. I like math. Not really). Yeah.

ive gotten the gifted medal, and chances are, you probably missed 1 spot, and that spot might possibly be on the airship where you get the red color. that was the one that i missed before when i was searching for all the sparkles
Well for some reason I clicked on all of the sparkly stuff for the gifted medal and still never worked. Anymore help or advice!

I've tried everything, it just don't worked. I've even clicked all the gifts, after clicked all the sparkles to colour things...
